We focus on businesses where we can find realistic return on investment within 3-4 years of partnership. 

Key to our investment strategy is our partnership approach. We look to team up with dedicated management teams in order to drive profits forward, not only through capital input, but through bringing fresh perspectives in regards to operating improvements, and business development strategy. Our operating team and in-house marketing firm, carry a robust track records in adding value through growth strategy, research-based marketing push, and the supervising of operating improvements. 

We pride ourselves on being a relationship-oriented partner that believes firmly in the importance of establishing an investment structure in which both the firm, and owners/management teams, share meaningful equity stakes and thus, share a common vision and motivation to maximize value.

Patient Discovery is an up and coming industry leader in the patient portal space. Its mission revolves taking away the complications and stress patients of understanding treatment options and plans, and making their own wishes known to their physicians and caregivers. 

How their platform works:

Before each appointment, patients easily share their treatment goals, preferences and challenges. Thus, healthcare providers seamlessly receive patient insights enabling them to deliver highly personalized healthcare at scale. Based on a greater understanding of their needs, patients receive access to critical support and services tailored to their care.

BRAHM believes in bringing game-changers with positively impactful products, to their full potential through its investments. Along with capital investment in Patient Discovery, BRAHM provides business consulting and growth strategy to its management team.

BRAHM Real Estate

BRAHM develops commercial and residential properties that are managed and/or sold. Custom Development and Project Management are services BRAHM provides as its bespoke services.

Ground up:

Along with portfolio companies, Landmark Companies, and Core Environmental, BRAHM is able to complete all contracting work, pest and asbestos removal, plumbing, and property management completely in house with trusted and well-vetted employees in a cost and time efficient manner, allowing for multiple large scale projects, and high return on investment.

Infinity Group is a conglomerate of small, high cash flow, franchise-able businesses with high quality goods, solid community recognition and loyal customer base. It consists of Infinity Market, Infinity Pizzeria, and Infinity Wine & Spirits. 

 

Infinity Market has 3 locations in Northern Massachusetts, and are convenience stores in high traffic areas offering clients a variety of high quality, and budget friendly, groceries, beers and wines. 

Infinity Pizzeria currently has 3 locations in Massachusetts, including in TD Garden, Boston, and recently acquired Mr. G's Pizza & Subs. Infinity locations source the best local ingredients in order to bring fresh, recognizable pizza to the greater Boston area. 

Infinity Wine & Spirits is currently open in Saugus, MA and brings the largest variety of wine and spirits seen in Northern Massachusetts.
