Chairman & CEO
Narayan Patel is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of BRAHM. He has spent his career building across three continents — India, Brazil, and the United States — developing deep relationships across industry, government, commodities, and strategic sectors that take decades to establish. His work spans sugar production and trade, carbon markets, green finance, Net Zero infrastructure, and technology ventures. Narayan has built partnerships with governments, ministries, industrial conglomerates, and institutional partners across India, Brazil, Africa, Europe, the US, and the Middle East. His approach combines operational discipline with a long-term view on where capital and innovation intersect.
Roger De Souza Filho
Chief Operating Officer
Roger De Souza Filho oversees BRAHM's global commodity operations, with primary responsibility for sugar production, refinery coordination, logistics, and export trade. With deep experience in large-scale agricultural commodity management, he ensures execution across supply chains from Brazil to Asia and Africa. His operational leadership is central to BRAHM's position as a vertically integrated commodities platform with ground operations in Brazil.
Renata Capporino
Director of Business Development, Brazil
Renata Capporino leads BRAHM's strategic partnerships and investment development across Latin America. With strong ties to regional governments, sustainability organisations, and the energy and agriculture sectors, she drives growth across BRAHM's commodities, carbon credit, and green-finance businesses in Brazil. Her work spans both operational trade relationships and longer-term sustainability and investment partnerships.
Simon Chen
Director, Asia Trade & Corporate Relations
Simon Chen leads BRAHM's business development and trade relationships across Asia, with a focus on the sourcing and supply of Brazilian commodities — including sugar, minerals, and agricultural products — to buyers across China, Thailand, Malaysia, and Bangladesh. Combining deep market knowledge with cross-cultural experience, Simon builds the commercial relationships that connect BRAHM's production base in Brazil with its Asian distribution network.
Shital Patel
Director of Government & Institutional Relations
Shital Patel leads BRAHM's engagement with government bodies, trade ministries, regulatory institutions, and multinational organisations. He manages strategic alliances that advance BRAHM's programmes across carbon credits, sustainable infrastructure, and green finance, ensuring policy alignment and building impact-driven partnerships across BRAHM's key geographies.
Peter Højer Mathiesen
Director of Life Sciences
Peter Højer Mathiesen is a biomedical engineer and entrepreneur with a background at the intersection of life sciences, venture development, and global partnerships. He leads BRAHM Global Life Sciences — building the commercialisation and market-entry platform for longevity biotech, health technologies, and translational medicine. His focus is identifying breakthrough science and connecting it with the right clinical partners, investors, and markets to scale. He works closely with research institutions, scientists, and investors across Europe, India, Brazil, and the United States, and writes the Join Longevity newsletter, one of the leading independent publications covering the science and business of aging.
